I provide a supportive and hope-filled space to help clients gently untangle and recover from accumulated life stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. As you heal, clarity, balance, and even joy have space to return and grow. Long after stressful events are over, the body and mind may remember and respond as if we are still in that time and place. This 'living legacy' can make it hard to fully enjoy our lives. While our bodies carry our past, they also hold the possibility of our future. I believe in your inherent wholeness and ability to heal. An integrative psychotherapist, my primary modality is Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. My relational somatic approach draws on the wisdom you carry to naturally allow healing to emerge. My work is informed and enriched by my years practicing in and life-long love of the arts.
